MPP Software concluded its second fiscal year, and is in an exciting phase in our growth. Here’s an update on the launch of TrustedShare, our professional consulting services and our financial performance for Year 2.

I write to you today as many different things are coming together at once. This is a bit of an involved update but I’ll do my best to keep it brief.

From all of us here on the MPP Software team, we hope you have a great holiday season and are in high spirits going into the new year!

Over the last six months, we have established the business and undergone our initial development. As many of you have seen on our social media feeds or in your early adopter emails, we successfully launched Eligere Estate on time on Monday, November 16th.

With one month to go MPP / Eligere are no longer concepts but a real company and product. We have started to catch the attention of local media and business partners who are helping us rapidly reach a broader audience.

September has had a very different momentum here at MPP Software. The pace and energy in the business has increased and there is a real sense of excitement now that there is a working product that our team can see and test.

This is an exciting time for MPP with lots of progress on multiple fronts happening simultaneously, and we are all keeping busy with the rapidly evolving product and marketing environments.

The rest of July is going to see big strides in the front end development of the system, establishment of the governance oversight by the Board created after the Round A completed, and expanded direct marketing efforts to fill our early adopter roster.

Through our first year, we will be providing an update on a monthly basis top our wonderful shareholders.
