Colin Moreland

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

A software industry veteran, Colin was Vice-President for Intelligenz’s Canadian operations, where he built his unit as the company’s highest revenue business unit. In 3esi (now Aucerna), he led the global software rollout programs for some of the world’s largest oil and gas companies. He was named one of Canada’s Top 20 Dynamic CEOs of 2021.

A philanthropist and a supporter of sports, he is a founder of Lethbridge Sports and president of the WWCFL women’s football team. Colin also owns Lethbridge Sports, Southern Alberta's largest independently-owned sports media.

Vincent Sundar

Chief Revenue Officer

Vince has a wealth of corporate experience and is a successful entrepreneur. His knowledge and skills span various areas, including real estate investing and property management, project and program management, and software development & deployment.

He leads MPP’s consultancy arm, and is currently the President of the Radnus Group. Vince loves to bring together teams that share his vision and passion, to create a positive impact in society and the communities we live in.

Paige Sarrasin

Chief Operating Officer

With more than 16 years of customer-focused experience, we can count on Paige to deliver service that delights our customers, be they corporate clients or end consumers. From onboarding, setting up properties, helping guests with bookings, addressing concerns, Paige is there to help and support - her passion for hosting and travel made her a natural at this.

Outside work, she loves playing with her kids. An avid marathon runner, Paige is also into many things outdoorsy such as cross country skiing, snowboarding, biking and hiking.

Scott Campbell

Chief Technology Officer

Scott is a seasoned software developer and manager. With over 20 years of experience, he is knowledgeable in multiple platforms and technologies and has a wide variety of projects under his belt - from custom e-commerce platforms to telecoms billing software and warehouse management systems.

An outdoors guy, Scott enjoys camping, biking in the summer, skiing and skating in the winter, walking all year round with his family.

Janise Michel

Marketing Analyst

Janise graduated from the University of Lethbridge in 2021 with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts in New Media and a minor in Marketing. Since graduating, she has worked as a social media manager and web developer for a variety of organizations. Janise also serves as the Head Photographer and Social Media Manager for Lethbridge Sports, combining her passion for sports and creativity.

In her free time Janise enjoys working on a variety of film photography projects, cooking for friends and family, and watching her beloved Boston Bruins.

Kirsti Jansson

VP of Professional Services

With over 30 years in the financial services sector, Kirsti has been an executive-level leader at the forefront of business transformation and is experienced in leading in strategic planning, digital product development,  payments, program management, governance design, risk management/risk system design, security,  fraud management, capital planning and value realization. Kirst can traverse business to the technical and front line through the board level in her work. She leverages keen intuition, creativity and system design skills to build high-performing teams and successful architect outcomes in some of the most complex areas of business and technology. 

A lover of the outdoors means that you can often find Kirsti with her husband and two kids at the barn, enjoying time in the mountains or making the most of Alberta's short growing season in the garden

Bod Idris

Senior Consultant

Bod has extensive years of experience as a Management Consultant, Project Manager, and Senior Business Analyst. He is a seasoned and proven leader and consultant with strong experience leading and implementing strategic initiatives and business solutions that enable organizations to achieve transformation and meet their corporate objectives. He has provided consulting services and strategic leadership to different clients and organizations such as: First Nations Health Organizations, Avant Systems, Fujitsu, City of Edmonton, City of Winnipeg, Law Enforcement, Healthcare, HP.

He also continues to serve as a consultant, trainer, mentor, and career coach to many professionals within North America, United Kingdom, and different parts of the world. He holds various professional designations and training certificates in IT Auditing, Risk Management, Project Leadership, Software Testing, Business Analysis, and Risk Management, and serves as a Business Analysis instructor at NAIT.

David Muhlethaler

Senior Consultant

With over 37 years in IT, David brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge in project management and program management. He has managed a manufacturing engagement for a small startup and was a director of a PMO.

David is blessed with a lightning bolt for a right arm. This allowed him to pursue baseball scholarships and a college degree. For the past 25 years, he has given back to the community as a high-level baseball coach in Edmonton.

Besides spending time with family and friends, you'll frequently see him out on the golf course.
