July 2020 Shareholders Update
Dear Shareholders,
August brings with it our 3-month milestone as a company, and I am very happy with our progress to date. Please check out what we’ve been up to this past month.
Development
The release planning activities in July are now complete and we have a clear structure for the development activities remaining. We have broken down the work into 2-week iterations (sprints) and assigned the remaining work between ourselves and our partners at The Coding Studio.
Sprint 1 – July 20th - User profile/accounts – Complete
Sprint 2 – August 4th - Property Maintenance – 75% Complete
Sprint 3 – August 18th – Payments – Pending
Sprint 4 – August 31st – Security & user invitations - Pending
Sprint 5 – September 14th – Property Searching – Pending
Sprint 6 – September 28th – Booking Requests & Approvals – Pending
Sprint 7 – October 12th – Invoices, Payment History, Account Statements – Pending
Sprint 8 – October 26th – Shared ownership features – Pending
As we move into September and October, the sprints drop in size and complexity to allow a mix of testing and fixing any issues alongside the remaining feature development.
We are on schedule for a November early adopter launch.
Marketing
The Marketing plan is nearly complete and will be formally enacted starting September 1st with an aggressive focus on market share acquisition through Q4.
In the meantime, we continue to evolve both the MPP Software and Eligere brands and build their awareness. The two can be viewed online at:
We have completed a series of explainer videos to help users understand our unique security and value proposition. These have been posted to a YouTube channel, which we intend to leverage for product demos, how-to videos, and customer testimonials as the product reaches the market. You can view these first here:
We have also prepared a data sheet on the Eligere Estates product, which is being distributed to shareholders alongside this update. Please feel free to forward this to your friends and colleagues that may be interested in the solution so we can continue to grow our early adopter pool!
Sales
New early adopters have slowed after we received over a dozen signups right after opening the early adopter pool, though we are adding regularly to our “callback” list of interested parties who would like to get on the system once the early adopter window closes and it is officially commercial.
Combined we have approximately 40 pending Q4 sales of Eligere Elite subscriptions at this time.
Customer Experience
We successfully recruited Paige Sarrasin to our team in July, and Paige will be officially joining us on August 16th. Paige joins us as a customer experience veteran, having worked with the Davis Automotive Group in Lethbridge through their restructuring of the service department in the early 2010’s. Paige will be overseeing the traditional customer support as well as the Concierge service teams, and working through the end of Q3 to establish a roadmap for implementing the systems, processes and staff those teams will require as we grow the customer base in 2021.
Financials
MPP Software has contracted Shaw and Associates Chartered Accountants as our accounting and bookkeeping firm. They are currently working through the month end financials for June and July. Will be doing monthly and quarterly books going forward. Any shareholders who want a copy of the current balance sheet or P&L, please feel free to contact me. I will be happy to provide these directly, but we will only be posting the quarterly and annual financials in the regular updates.

Thank you to all of our shareholders who have provided thoughts and insight over the last month. We have taken several of your recommendations and worked them directly into the product or other areas of our business. This is an exciting time for MPP with lots of progress on multiple fronts happening simultaneously, and we are all keeping busy with the rapidly evolving product and marketing environments.
