July 2021 Shareholders Update

Hello Shareholders,

Since my last update, it feels like I’ve observed MPP Software come of age as a small company. Much of the work we’ve been alluding to and laying the groundwork for I am finally able to update you all on and announce officially.

Eligere

Eligere has continued to see steady growth with another 20% in volume added to its user base in the last 4 weeks. As more homeowners are joining the platform and inviting their networks, we are seeing this community’s rate of growth accelerate rapidly. We go into our strategic planning in August, and I will have some exciting news in September to share regarding the Eligere product and the next step in its future!

Just Ring the Bell

Just Ring the Bell, or JRTB is a Lethbridge-based company founded to address the travelling salesman problem in the Real Estate industry. In JRTB, we’ve found a strong partner we are working together with to grow both companies as we go forward. MPP has joined JRTB as a technical partner on their concept, and we are excited to bring the first commercial build to market with them before the end of this year. www.jrtb.ca

CalTen Software

CalTen Software, based in Calgary, is a software company with a singular focus: modernize the solutions available to the petroleum Land Asset Management space. MPP Software secured a contract as the technical partner on CalTen’s product LandNinja back in March. They have closed their founder, friends and family equity offering and are now bringing their offering to the wider investor community. As they finish their 2021 funding push, MPP is working on wrapping up the system design based on the business processes they have outlined. If anyone is interested in investing in CalTen, up to 700,000 shares remain in their offering at a price of $1.07 per share.

Consultancy

By the terms of our agreement we are unable to disclose the client or exactly what work we are doing, but at the end of June MPP Software secured a senior-level consulting contract with a national company working closely with Canada’s big banks. Key members of our leadership team are undertaking assistance for their organization in executing a significant digital transformation programme.

Grants & Credits

MPP has successfully lobbied for $79,550 in Federal and Provincial grants and credits in the 1st half of 2020. We have over $400,000 in additional funding requested in the 2nd half of ‘21, tied to our work with CalTen, JRTB and expanding our markets. We want to thank all of the levels of government that have supported us this year for helping keep our growth rolling while we wait for some of these big agreements to start yielding cash flow in the coming weeks.

Business Snapshot

Very briefly and without going into too much detail since these updates get publicly posted, 2 months into our 2nd fiscal year, we had our first profitable month in June and are on track to invoice a revenue-positive July as well. Invoices have gone out for the work completed in June, and we look forward to collecting payment for those invoices before the end of the month. We’ve been working with a new Chief Financial Officer, Francisco Castillo, to improve our cash flow modelling and assist us with scenario planning to carefully manage our team’s growth against our cash flow. Our revenues from company inception to date remain lower than we had forecast to this point, but we’ve solidly turned the corner and we expect to exceed our business plan projections for revenue this year by October. As with my previous update, we are anticipating a profitable second fiscal year and look forward to keeping you updated on our progress against that goal as the next 5 months unfold.

Remaining Equity Available in MPP Software

A handful of shares remain available for sale from existing shareholders at $1/share for any parties interested in buying into MPP Software. New shareholders are welcome to buy into this private offering. This is a non-dilutive offering and MPP Software is simply brokering transactions between private parties for any sales. Please email info@mppsoftware.com for more information.
