August 2020 Shareholders Update
Dear Shareholders,
I am pleased to share this latest update with you with a mere 2 months remaining before our early adopter launch. Before getting into the specifics of each area, I would like to personally ask for each of your assistance in the coming weeks. We are at a crucial point in the business where the product is nearing completion, and we are pushing for a successful early adopter launch. Today we are launching out social media campaign to raise awareness and engagement of our early adopters. Liking our pages at https://www.facebook.com/EligereLuxury and https://www.facebook.com/mppsoftware, liking and sharing our posts are very simple steps you can take but really pay dividends on our traffic and engagement with possible new users. We are ready for them, so please help send them our way!
Development
Our dev team and partners are making good progress and remain on schedule for a November release of Eligere Estates.
In the last month, we have completed our key priorities and have reached a point now where our product is both usable and testable for the majority of the main workflows in the system. Testing kicked off in early September and will now be continuing regularly until the release date to ensure the product we put out is functional and provides a luxurious user experience.
By the next update, we will also have completed our mid-term product roadmap and have mapped out the schedule of releases after the V1 Eligere Estates rollout.
Marketing
Marketing efforts have shifted now from content creation to product branding, and before the end of the month will see a final shift to attracting new users and growing the user base. This marks a big shift for us as we are no longer in the “preparation” stages for putting our company and product out there but are now in the early stages of actually doing just that.

Sales
Sales have remained flat between August and September. We saw the initial spike of early adopters taper off in the latter half of August, and we are now preparing for the next spike as we ramp up marketing efforts.
Customer Experience
Our new CX lead spent her first month implementing our helpdesk platform, phone system, and integrating our helpdesk platform with our development tracking platform. The next month will be focusing on providing testing support and engaging with our early adopters to understand their priorities and how we can best assist them in their early days on the new platform.
In Closing
September has had a very different momentum here at MPP Software. The pace and energy in the business has increased and there is a real sense of excitement now that there is a working product that our team can see and test. Staff morale is very high, and we have just completed our move into our corporate headquarters in Lethbridge.
