Internships at MPP

As the school term draws to a close, shout out to our winter interns.

Helping the youth has always been part of MPP Software’s values. One of the ways is by offering internships almost all year round. Though we have a small team, we make the effort to mentor our interns.

They get exposure to the real world while learning technical and soft skills in a safe environment. Having responsibilities and being accountable strengthen their self-respect; a sense of accomplishment motivates them to aim higher and do better.

This week after her exams were done, one of our interns sent a note saying how grateful she was for the experience and for everything she learned. “I was exploring ideas for my career but through the internship, I’m starting to figure out what career to pursue.”  Mission accomplished.
