Lethbridge Tech Startup Launches New Tool for Real Estate Industry
Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada – A ground-breaking tool for realtors was officially launched on November 30. Called JRTB (Just Ring The Bell), this tool makes property viewings more efficient, productive, and pleasant for the agents and the buyers alike.
David Agema, a respected industry veteran who came up with the original idea, said
With more buyers able to view more homes, he is confident that buyer agents will get more leads and listing agents will get more traffic. Agents can also open doors remotely to approved tradesmen. He added,
Buyers want to see as many houses as they can and view the ones they like a second or third time before making a decision. Through JRTB, they don’t have to wait for open houses or align schedules with their agent.
Steve Schafer, one of the founders of the solution, summed up how it works,
Buyers then call their agent to help make the offer once they have found the house they like. Every booking is for an hour, sufficient to view the place again or do measurements.
JRTB is launching in partnership with MPP Software, an award-winning software company, chosen for their expertise in direct booking systems.
Colin Moreland, CEO of MPP Software says,
The partnership was facilitated by the Economic Development Lethbridge’s TecConnect program. EDL takes pride in seeing home-grown entrepreneurs collaborating and innovating together and is pleased that JRTB is launched first in Lethbridge.
