SALES ASSOCIATE
MPP Software has an immediate opening available for a commissioned Sales Associate to help grow their suite of cloud-based solutions. MPP is a rapidly growing integrated solutions company based out of Lethbridge, Alberta. Their growing team are bringing products to market that address the needs of specific industries across property and real estate technology, as well as finance and energy industries.
About the Role
The main responsibility of this position is to grow MPP Solutions' market share by attracting, acquiring and retaining commercial clients who can benefit from our products.
Responsibilities
The specific responsibilities will include:
Research, prioritize and qualify leads
Identify/grow sales opportunities
Find scalable ways to prospect and reach decision-makers
Initiate and develop long-lasting relationships with clients
Work closely with the rest of the MPP team to make sure customers are extremely happy with the product
Schedule and execute discovery calls to qualify prospects
Coordinate the next steps in the sales process
Perform live demos to show prospects how our tools and system support their business goals
Location
This part-time position will be based in Lethbridge, AB. Remote work candidates will be considered.
Compensation
This is position has flexibility in terms of where and how work is conducted. The applicant will work with MPP’s Chief Operating Officer to establish specific activities and goals and report progress against them.
Compensation will be a base hourly rate commensurate with experience, and a commission structure to reward strong performance in the role.
