PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
MPP Software has an opening available starting in August for a role as Project Coordinator. MPP is a rapidly growing integrated solutions company based out of Lethbridge, Alberta. Their growing team are bringing products to market that address the needs of specific industries across property and real estate technology, as well as finance and energy industries.
About the Role
The main responsibility of this position is to support MPP’s executives and senior consultants in the delivery of industry-changing digital transformation solutions.
Responsibilities
The specific responsibilities will include:
Maintaining an exceptionally accurate and concise written record of meeting minutes, action items, and deliverables
Managing the schedules of key consultants and their shared project calendars
Updating project plans under the guidance of senior consultants
Setting up Zoom, Teams, and other teleconference meetings
Maintaining a central repository of attachments and versions of key documents on a shared sharepoint site
Responding to simple inquiries and emails on behalf of the senior consultants
Reporting billable hours and expenses on a monthly basis
Location
This part-time or full-time position will be based in Lethbridge or Calgary, AB. A second position is available based out of Edmonton. Remote work candidates will be considered.
Compensation
This is position has flexibility in terms of where and how work is conducted. The applicant will work with their assigned consultant to establish specific activities and goals and report progress against them.
Compensation starts at $42,000 / yr with paid vacation and benefits for full time. Part time positions will receive an appropriate hourly rate based on the candidate’s availability.
