MPP Software Announces completion of Round A Financing

Lethbridge, AB — MPP Software today announced a successful closure of their Round A financing offer. MPP confirms that they reached full subscription of both the initial Founder shares and Round A Preferred shares offered under this financing round, and completed final sales 10 days ahead of schedule, allowing them to close the offering early.

MPP Software CEO Colin Moreland had the following to say regarding the announcement:

“I am very pleased at the response we have received from our investor group around our concept and business plan. It was a risk running our initial fundraising for 2 months in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, but our optimism has been rewarded and we are looking at initial funding goals which have been fully achieved at the end of the offering. This puts us in an excellent cash position to secure operations through our go-to-market and initial growth phases.”

MPP raised over a quarter million dollars through their Round A offering in addition to securing supplemental operating credit should the need for it arise.
