MPP Software would like to make the public aware that one of our existing shareholders is interested in divesting a portion of their private holdings in the company. This individual is making 1,090,000 Founder class shares available at an offer price of $1/share. Founder Class shares include an allocation for cash dividends and carry shareholder voting rights. A minimum purchase of 50,000 shares per lot is required for new investors at this time.
