Eligere’s Concierge membership program takes the work off of property owners without charging the hefty fees of property management companies.

Experience the ease of interacting through your entire Concierge experience with a real live human being. No form submissions. No robot call directories. One phone number or one email address and you’re connected to a person with the full power to fulfill your (or your guests) needs at a moment’s notice.

 

Our Concierge members receive exclusive services from our team, taking the burden of virtual property management wholly off your shoulders:

1.

Send us a few photos and a quick email, or just call us on the phone, and we can completely set up your property for bookings.

2.

Give us your guidelines for how you want bookings handled, and let our team handle the booking approval or rejection process. Let us go back and forth with your guests if they have questions, booking issues, payment problems.

3.

Let us take care of notifying your guests when there are changes, new booking dates available, or updates about your property to share.

4.

We can even coordinate with your on-site maintenance staff, cleaners, and any other service providers to ensure they know when the property will be occupied and vacant, and ensure in-between visit services are completed without interrupting you or your guests.

5.

At your discretion, our team can curate recommendations for you of top-rated renters from across our platform to increase your booking capacity while maintaining your peace of mind.

 
 
 

Our Concierge program is not open to just anyone. We have an application process that hopefuls must go through to ensure that they are a good fit for the program. As a general guideline, a few of the minimum application criteria:

  • 5 or more bookable properties OR Combined vacation / rental property value > $1,000,000 USD

  • Airline Gold / Elite level membership, or equivalent for non-Star Alliance members

  • Strong credit rating

  • A positive rating record on Eligere over last year (requirement waived for early adopters)

  • Membership in a professional organization (CMA, AMA, ABA, APEGGA, etc.) or holder of a valid professional credential

We recognize and allow a fast track application for members of most private golf/dining/wine clubs. Please contact us to arrange verification of your credentials.
